On the surface, Worlds Apart is just like any other game store. We've got a full selection of gaming books, board games, card games, and dice. We run numerous events including Magic tournaments, board game nights, and RPGs, most of which are free to attend.

What makes Worlds Apart unique is that it is run by the Pioneer Valley Gamer Collective, a non-profit organization whose mission is to use games to make the world a better place. First, they have built Worlds Apart as a space for the use of the gaming community to gather, game, and hang out. Additionally, they will work to do outreach with other organizations to use games to help with everything from non-profit fundraising to education to community development.

May is the 7th annual Female Gamer Appreciation Month. This is a great tradition which started at Phoenix Games and that we have been privileged to continue at Worlds Apart Games. Women are an important, if sometimes unappreciated, part of the gaming community, and we at Worlds Apart want to give something back.

To show out appreciation to female gamers we have a great series of events throughout the month. We will also being extending a few special privileges to the fairer members of the gaming community.

• All women get a 10% discount all month
• Women get their choice of seat and color/team in any game played in the store.
• Women are not expected to clean up any games that they play in May.

	7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Join us for our weekly superhero showdown. Each week is a different event with limited edition WizKids prize support. Most weeks, the event is free to participate. Don't have your own figures but still want to try it out? Come on by and we'll lend you a team to play with.

Want to try out new games? We have an open board game day, every Sunday from 5 to 10 PM.
